Three aspects of Romantic music.....

This could be the motto of this evening’s concert of the National Radio Orchestra with conductor Daisuke Soga and violinist Cristina Anghelescu.

The three pieces to be listened to were composed by Franz Liszt, Johannes Brahms and César Franck – three cultural spaces (Hungary, Germany and Belgium) symbolised by three opuses, three masterpieces – the Preludes, the Violin Concerto and the Symphony in D minor.

Tonight's conductor

The members of the National Orchestra Radio will perform under the baton of Daisuke Soga who graduated the double bass class at the Bucharest National University of Music. As a conductor he often collaborated both with Romanian and worldwide ensembles, which confirms his talent as conductor as well. Daisuke Soga’s artistic work balances both between the baton and the pen in perfect harmony.

Tonight's soloist

The partner of the artistic dialogue is violinist Cristina Anghelescu, soloist of the Radio Music Groups, who performed many national and international concerts.

We invite you at the ‘Mihail Jora’ Concert Hall from the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Company or on Radio Romania Music.
