Hardly back from Shanghai, where it represented Romania at the most important classical music festival in China (Shanghai Spring International Music Festival), the National Radio Orchestra continues the series of high-class artistic events by accepting to perform with Andrea Bocelli, in the extraordinary concert that the famous Italian tenor will give in Bucharest. The Radio Academic Choir will also take part in the important event offered by the well-known soloist. On Saturday, 25^th May, Andrea Bocelli, who is considered the dearest tenor in the world, will give the Bucharest audience a concert along his special guests: soprano Angela Gheorghiu, soprano Paola Sanguinetti, conductor Marcello Rota, the DIV4S group, the CARisMA group, Cezar Ouatu (Romania's representative at the Eurovision Song Contest), the Radio Choir and the National Radio Orchestra. Music lovers will thus have the chance to listen to Andrea Bocelli sing live for the first time in Romania, performing works that have made him famous, renowned arias and duos from operas such as The Troubadour, Rigoletto, La Bohème, La Traviata etc., as well as songs from the musician's new album.
