Cristian Brâncuşi anniversary concert at the Radio Hall

Wednesday, the 9^th of November 2011, 19.00, at the Radio Hall, you are invited to an extraordinary concert, a well-deserved homage brought to the conductor's and composer's artistic personality, who will be present this evening at the conducting desk, Cristian Brâncuşi. The maestro's name is deeply connected to the history of the Romanian Broadcasting Union, as a founding member of the Chamber Radio Orchestra.

In tonight's special programme, the Chamber Radio Orchestra proposes the work Canti prophani by Sabin Păutza with the participation of the Radio Children's Choir conducted by Voicu Popescu, Concerto for two violins in D minorby Johann Sebastian Bach which will be performed by violinists Gabriel and Simina Croitoru and Vivaldi's Gloria, performed together with soprano Irina Iordăchescu, mezzo-soprano Oana Andra, organ player Marcel Costea and the Radio Academic Choir led by Dan Mihai Goia. Your host this evening will be university professor doctor Grigore Constantinescu.
