The Radio Academic Choir and conductor Mihai Goia invite you to a concert of romantic music, waltzes and carols from the international repertoire. The concert will take place at the Radio Hall on Thursday, the 8^th of December, starting at 19.00. You will discover The Vocal-instrumental fantasy on a sound journey entitled From classical to contemporary. The ensemble will perform with special guests such as tenor Nicolae Simonov, pianists Carmen Săndulescu and Dan Stoenescu, and organist Simona Popovici. Furthermore, a group of percussionists will participate in the concert as well.

The concert is dedicated to the World Choral Day, initiated by the International Federation for Choral Music. The event was celebrated for the first time throughout the world in 1991, and in Romania in 2000.
