"Argentina al piano" is the title of the album released on the 4^th of March by Virtuoso Records, a label that promotes South American classical music and Latin American artists, especially Argentinean ones. The album was released on International Women's Day and featured miniature works by contemporary Argentine composers, performed by Cecilia Foj, a talented pianist, teacher and composer with many artistic achievements and awards to her name, whowished to pay homage with her first studio album to the composers Lilián Saba, Cecilia Fiorentino, LíaCimaglia Espinosa, Valeria Romero, Bárbara López, Amanda Guerreño and Laura Otero, including one of her own works on the album.

Cecilia Fojeste is a valued musician in Argentina. She graduated from the Julian Aguirre Conservatory in Banfield and has won numerous awards as a pianist and composer in her country, the most important being the Jovenes del Sur award for the pieces "Alma Morena" and "Pequeñatraviesa", the latter included on the album "Argentina al Piano".With this recording project she participated in the 2021 Astor Piazzolla International Online Competition and won a special prize from the National Institute of Music of Argentina.Cecilia Foj is deeply involved in the performance and promotion of contemporary music in her country and gives recitals in cultural venues in North and South America, dazzling with her outstanding artistic qualities: versatility, flawless technique and musicality.
