The baritone Konstantin Krimmel and the pianist Ammiel Bushakovitz - 'Mythos' - Music box, 15^th of July 2024

An album released on July 12^th, 2024 by Alpha Classics record company: the protagonist is Konstantin Krimmel, the German baritone, with Romanian origins. Even though he lived only in Germany, Konstantin speaks Romanian very well, he learned the language from his mother, by birth from a town next to Sebeș, and he practiced it during the school holidays, which he spent at his grandparents.

Today, Konstantin Krimmel is 31 years old, he lives in Stuttgart and he is part of the ensemble of the Bavarian State Opera in Munich. His name appears on no less than 8 albums, many of which are dedicated to the lied, the genre that the German-Romanian baritone loves passionately. In fact, the 2023 disc with the song cycle by Schubert The Fair Maid of the Mill has won many international awards, among which the German Record Critics' Award.

Konstantin Krimmel has a splendid baritone voice, warm, soft, with an impeccable German pronunciation and an extraordinary musical and literary sense.
