On this occasion, the violinist Alexandru Tomescu - as the ambassador of the foundation - gave us the following statement:

"I've heard about Hope and Homes for Children Romania a few years ago, and the situation that immediately draw my attention was the fact that they had set themselves to do a great project, apparently an unfeasible one, and that was to offer all orphan children, all abandoned children in Romania, the chance to live a real family life and be loved. A huge work, so to be said, but working with patience, commitment and with an unfeasible energy, HHC has already managed after ten years of intense work to close all the old orphanages in the county of Maramureş and their work still goes on till today. A simple math shows that from 41 counties have remained 40 and I hope that through the support that I'll give them as their ambassador they will manage to bring more children into the world of love."

The HHC Gala is the first event of this kind, an event that is meant to bring altogether people who believe in the mission of HHC. It's an event that combines the art of music - this is the reason why it's called Twin Art - with charitable work, because music has the power to guide people towards welfare, beautify and love.

I will not be alone, it will be my first collaboration with the pianist Andrei Licareţ - a young pianist who is very talented and active, especially abroad - and I'm glad that we have the opportunity to debut at such a beautiful and significant moment. The Princess Marina Sturdza - the honorary president of the association - will also be there, to say a few words to express their gratitude.

Malvina Cservenschi has created for this Gala a jewel that is called "Wings of Hope", which will be put on sale for the benefit of HHC and Sorin Enache has decided to give a collection of really valuable items, precisely to raise new funds for HHC.

The reporter Amalia Enache will be there and will offer her support for the Gala. Everything will be presented by Mihai Călin. I think it's beautiful when all these positive energies of people assemble together.
