Live Broadcast at the Romanian Athenaeum

Yesterday, on 25th October, Radio Romania Music broadcasted the extraordinary gala concert live from the Romanian Athenaeum. The charity concert was organized by "The Princess Margarita of Romania Foundation" to the benefit of those involved in the "Young Talents" project. Part of the series of events dedicated to His Majesty, King Michael I of Romania,
- who turned 91 years old - the show came to the fifth edition and it aimed to award scholarships to the talented youth throughout a year.
The performance started at 6:00 P.M with the violinist Alexandru Tomescu who is the soloist of the "Stradivarius" Youth Ensemble, conducted by Gabriel Bebeșelea. It was based on Antonio Vivaldi's "Seasons" and on Astor Piazzolla's "The 4 Seasons of Buenos Aires".
"Stradivarius" Youth Ensemble was joined in by Mihai Alexandru, one of the beneficiary of the "Youth Talents" project. Those who are willing to make a donation to the project, access www.fpmr.ro.
