Mogoșoaia Palace... The Music Palace

Between April 1st - June 3rd 2018, Mogoșoaia Palace is coming back for the seventh year in a row, as a music palace, a place of exquisite sound.


The seventh edition of Mogoșoaia ClasicFest suggest 10 one of a kind recitals, held by first class musicians, on the course of 11 Sundays.


Continuing the tradition, the organisers: Primăria Municipiului București, with the help of Centrul Cultural Palatele Brâncovenești from Porțile Bucureștiului and the Asociatia Culturală Pro Valores, taking the english fashion of lunch concerts, are inviting you to have unforgettable sound experiences, on Sunday at 12 o'clock.


This year protagonists are: Lucian Velciu who is coming up with a novel piano show, playing oposites from Bach...to Queen, the piano Quartet Caudella - seventh edition winners of "Drumul spre celebritate" Contest, the great Solartis Quartet, Duo Adeo made of the violonists Andrei Stanciu and Emma Rotomeza. The piano players Vlad and Fausta Dimulescu, in an once in a lifetime recital will comemorate the 100th year from Claude Debussy's disappearance, and Anamaria Biaciu-Popa & Maria Indricau will play rhapsodys tomorrow at four o'clock, as Les Enharmoniques" Piano Duo. Guitar players, Alexandra Petrisor and Dragos Horghidan - Duo Kitharsis - will play a spectacular romanian music show. 100 years since George Coșbuc's death and 125 since Piotr Ilici Ceikovski's will be marked in a recital performed by Adrian Titieni and the piano player, Diana Voronetskaya. In this show will also evolve the wonder child of romanian piano players - Eva Garet, with Fernando Mihalache, at acordeons. It will be a musical history journey, starting with Bach and ending at Richard Galliano, also evisioning the sixth edition of the National Tour "Muzica în Palatele României".
