Between June 15th and 30th this year, spectators who have purchased tickets or season tickets to the concerts at the Radio Hall through the BILETE.ro platform - for the concerts in 2020 canceled due to the pandemic - can present themselves at the Ticket Office of the Radio Hall, between 13.00 - 15.00, to receive their equivalent value.

The refund conditions are as follows:

- The spectators who have purchased the tickets / season tickets from the TICKET HOUSE of the Radio Hall - will present themselves with the PHYSICAL ticket at the ticket office, where they will also fill in a statement;

- For tickets / season tickets purchased ONLINE (from www.bilete.ro ) - applicants will present themselves at the box office of the Radio Hall with 2 documents: the printed order and the identity card, where they will also complete a statement. Only the order holder is entitled to request a refund.
