Râmnicu Vâlcea Municipality is turning itself into a cultural citadel, a truly artistic fortress.On Sunday, 15th of January 2022, from 6 PM, in Lahovari hall of the "Ion Dumitrescu" Philharmonic, there will be a show on the occasion of the National Culture Day.

The event entitled "Cultural Citadels", organized by Râmnicu Vâlcea City Hall, "Ion Dumitrescu" Philharmonic and Pro Valores Association, proposes a syncretic meeting, which will combine Romanian creations from: music, poetry and fine arts.

The protagonists will be: the actor Adrian Tirieni and the members of the valued assembly ''Duo Kitharsis''. You will also be able to admire works full of color and expressiveness of the most valuable watercolor painter in Romania - Corneliu Drăgan Târgoviște, member of UAP Vâlcea.

The program will combine lyrics by Mihai EMINESCU and opposites imagined by: Ciprian PORUMBESCU, Bela BARTOK, Sabin DRĂGOI, Carol MIKULI, Grigoraș DINICU, Dinu LIPATTI and Iosif IVANOVICI.
