An evening filled with minutes of applause and multiple encores. That's how it all went at the concert 'Pe-un picior de plai, pe-o gură de rai,' which took place at the Patria Hall of the Brașov Philharmonic and was organized in collaboration with Radio România Muzical. The artists shone in a representative Romanian program, and the applause was bestowed upon them by members of the International Classical Music Awards Jury, a competition often referred to as the 'Oscars of classical music.' The jury was in Romania for the first time, gathering for its annual meeting hosted by one of its members. From Romania, the jury member is Cristina Comandașu, the manager of Radio România Muzical, and the concert at the Patria Hall was specially prepared for this occasion. The President of the International Classical Music Awards Jury, Remy Franck:

"It was really astonishing! I saw many people in the audience, including many young ones, which I admire. The program was diverse, and in the end, we witnessed an extraordinary performance, so I am very pleased with this evening and with the fact that I was hereand helped prepare this program. Unfortunately, Romanian music and Romanian artists are not very well-known outside of their country, and Romania should do much more to promote them."

Brașov residents were also delighted with the concert:

"Very emotional! Very beautiful! I had never seen it before; I really admire it and it was agreat occasion for me."

"An exceptional concert, with proof of virtuosity and sensitivity at the same time... unique interpretations, especially from Alexandru Tomescu, whom I have heard in many registers, but Enescu's Sonata sounded incredible."

"I liked both the piano and the violin. This is at a much higher level. I am more familiar with folk music, but this is at a higher level."

"I liked it very much! I have to admit that I had never heard Enescu's Sonata before. Probably everyone in the audience knew it, but for me, it was the first time, and I try to keep that impression, and that amazement, and that admiration... I hope it will be repeated in the next auditions. And I'm glad you exist, by the way. I listen to you almost daily. I am very grateful that this radio station (Radio România Muzical) exists." Jury members also attended the season concerts of the National Radio Orchestra and the "George Enescu" Philharmonic Orchestra.
