National Radio Orchestra - live broadcast
Friday, 8 June 2012
The concert of the National Radio Orchestra on Friday, 8 June 2012, at 19.00 will have as soloist flutist Matei Ioachimescu, presently living in Vienna.
With the precision of a Swiss clock, each Wednesday and Friday evening is allotted to live broadcasts straight from the “Mihail Jora” Studio. From early October towards the end of June, the Radio Romania Music listeners can tune in dozens of times, thus listening to the “ground zero” of Romanian concert life. This is the place where recitals, symphonic concerts, operas, vocal-symphonic recitals and jazz nights get sent out into the ether, riding the radio waves. On occasion (at festive times or due to extraordinary artistic appearances), under the guidance of Radio Concert Season “atypical” live broadcasts can interfere with the usual Wednesday-Friday routine.
You are just one click away from listening to the repertoire of the Radio Choirs and Orchestras: be it the clicking of your very own radio receiver, tuning to the Radio Romania Music frequencies, or the click of your computer’s mouse (this will grant you instant access to our programmes). And for those of you who have missed out on our meeting, we have a backup plan: all live broadcasts (complete with comments and interviews) remain accessible for seven full days starting from the date of the original posting on the Radio Romania Music website.
Therefore, click away!
